“ Buza has become my go to place for whenever I want to celebrate, have a cosy dinner or take a friend who is visiting The Hague. The staff are always smiling, great service and know their stuff. The restaurant serves delicious Mediterranean food, with wines from Moldova. They even have beautiful sparkling wines from Austria - the daughter of the wine maker works there so she could share her own family story while we sipped her father’s wine. I would 100% recommend this place! ”
“ We didnt sit down for food, so no opinion there. We were a bit surprised (and caught of guard) that the waiter couldn't speak dutch. For me not so much of a problem, but my companion did have a bit of a hard time understanding, which made it a bit uncomfortable. For me personally the loud music in the quite echoing room was more of an challenge to understand the waiter. The waiter however tried his very best to serve us well. The place has a nice informal atmosphere and the people are friendly. Our drinks were served quickly, which was to be expected looking at the few guests that were there. All and all a nice place to be with nice inside possibilities (although not good acoustic for conversations) but also a nice terrace on the square in front of Buza. The loudness inside and not being able to speak in dutch were the deductions of stars given. ”
“ A very cozy place, I really liked the terrace in front of it with this huge tree. My pasta with forest mushrooms was good but not €23.50 good. The mussels are from Zeeland, so be prepared, they do not taste like good French ones, so don’t recommend. Crème brûlée was ok, quite mediocre, tried way better in France as well. We liked that it was possible to taste different wines and choose the ones we liked most, very handy and feels like a nice experience. The service was okay, not too annoying but also not very attentive. ”

The food is amazing, very tasteful and delicately presented, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quantity of each plate. The service was impeccable, staff was excellent and kind. Each dish was very flavourful and the staff helps you pair everything with the perfect wine. A great terrace with many tables is available but the interior is also super cozy, decorated with paintings made by Moldovan artists. We will definitely come back again even if we don’t live in the Hague ”
